Shipping & Returns

Shipping


Paris Supply ships directly to customers in the US and Canada. Orders placed by 2:00PM EST will be shipped out the same day (Mon-Fri) if the item is in-stock at Paris Supply's warehouse. Items that are not in-stock at Paris Supply will be ordered from the supplier and shipped directly to you. Paris Supply cannot guarantee shipping times coming from the supplier, but we do work closely with our suppliers to provide you with fast and professional service.

Items listed with "free shipping" only applies to customers with a shipping address within the continental US. If you live outside of the continental US (Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, International), you will be required to obtain a freight forwarding company within the continental US for Paris Supply to ship your order to. At checkout, list the freight forwarding company's address for the shipping address. Customers outside of the continental US are responsible for payment to the freight forwarding company. Paris Supply cannot guarantee any shipping times after the order arrives at the freight forwarder's location, this is between the customer and the freight forwarder. If you have questions about availability of an item, estimated shipping times, or if you live outside the continental United States, please give us a call at 859-567-0130.

 

Return/Cancellation Policy

The customer may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery; however, the customer MUST call 859-567-0130 or email orders@parissupply.com to receive an RMA number before returning any item. Paris Supply will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (the item received is not the item ordered or the item is defective). The customer will be responsible to pay the return shipping costs on items returned due to the customer ordering the wrong item, customer’s remorse, item no longer needed, etc. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable.

The customer will receive a refund for a returned item within 2 - 3 weeks of shipping the package and emailing Paris Supply the tracking information. This estimate includes the transit time for Paris Supply to receive the return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes Paris Supply to process the return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes the customer’s bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Cancellations are only applicable if the order has not been shipped. If the order has shipped, the customer will need to follow the return policy and the order will be subject to restocking fee.

If you need to return or cancel an order, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or cancel. A Paris Supply representative will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order. Again, you MUST get an RMA number before returning the item.

*Items returned that have been altered or damaged by the customer do not qualify for a refund.

*Affirm customers returning an item or cancelling an order will additionally be charged Loan Origination Fees (6.99% total purchase price) which will be withheld from refund total. 

 

International Sales, Shipping & Returns

International customers outside of the US and Canada must use PayPal to complete purchases. International customers that use any other form of payment will be contacted via email and advised of this policy. If the international customer provides an approved form of payment, the order will be processed, and the unapproved payment method will be credited back to the customer less 5% for fees. If the international customer does not provide an approved payment method, the order will be cancelled, and the unapproved payment method will be credited back to the customer less 5% for fees. If a customer does not respond to Paris Supply within 48 hours, the order will be cancelled, and the unapproved payment method will be credited back to the customer less 5% for fees.

Paris Supply does not ship direct to international customers outside the US. To place an international order, the customer must find and set up shipping through a freight forwarder here in the US. The customer will then enter the freight forwarder's information in the shipping address portion of the checkout page. The customer will be responsible for any shipping charges to the freight forwarder here in the US, and the customer will be responsible to pay the freight forwarder directly. Paris Supply cannot guarantee any shipping times after the order arrives at the freight forwarder's location, this is between the customer and the freight forwarder. 

All international sales are final. Paris Supply's fulfillment team works diligently to ensure our customer's items are packaged properly and securely. During shipping, items may be damaged due to the shipping company's handling of the item. Any damaged items received should be addressed by the customer with the customer's shipping company. Paris Supply is not responsible for damages to items or lost items to an international customer during shipping.
