Shipping & Returns
Paris Supply ships directly to customers in the USA and Canada. Orders placed by 2:00PM EST will be shipped out the same day if the item is in-stock at Paris Supply's warehouse. Items that are not in-stock at Paris Supply will be ordered from the manufacturer and shipped directly to you. Paris Supply cannot guarantee shipping times coming from the manufacturer, but we do work closely with our suppliers to provide you with fast and professional service. The customer may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund; however, the customer MUST call 859-567-0130 and get an RMA number before returning any item. Paris Supply will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (the item received is incorrect or defective). The customer will be responsible to pay the return shipping costs on items returned due to the customer ordering the wrong item, customer’s remorse, item no longer needed, etc.
The customer will receive a refund for a returned item within 2 - 3 weeks of shipping the package and emailing Paris Supply the tracking information. This estimate includes the transit time for Paris Supply to receive the return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes Paris Supply to process the return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes the customer’s bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. A Paris Supply representative will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order. Again, you MUST get an RMA number before returning the item.
*Items returned that have been altered or damaged by the customer do not qualify for a refund.
